Terms of Servic
Client Responsibilities
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe and accessible entry to your yard. If we are unable to perform a scheduled cleanup due to a locked gate, blocked entry, or the presence of an aggressive dog, we will attempt to contact you in the following order:
- Text message
- Client portal message
- Phone call
- Knock on the door
If no response is received within 5 minutes, we will move on to the next scheduled client. The visit will still be billed.
Inclement Weather
Inclement weather, such as heavy rain that obstructs visibility, snow accumulation over ½ inch, or other hazardous conditions, may prevent us from safely performing a scheduled cleanup. In such cases, we will reschedule the service for the earliest possible date and notify you of the new schedule within 24 hours, weather permitting. We are not liable for service delays caused by weather-related disruptions.
Service Pauses & Schedule Changes
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period (such as during vacation or illness), and you wish to pause service to avoid unnecessary charges, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please notify us promptly of any changes to the number of pets in your household and ensure timely payment of any outstanding balances.
Liability
Ohio Pet Waste Pros assumes no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other personal property. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain safe conditions on the property during service visits.
Fees & Promotions
Fees and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. In the event of a rate change, we will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice.
Cancellation & Payment
Service may be canceled by either party at any time with written notice. Any unpaid balances are due within 15 days of termination.
Agreement
By initiating service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and responsibilities outlined by Ohio Pet Waste Pros.
